1st Line Of Inquiry: Different forms of art (Form) :
Questions:
- What are the different forms of art?
- Why are there different forms of art?
- Why do people create different forms of art?
- Why should there be different forms of art?
- Do different forms of art represent different things?
Summary:
Different forms of art use different materials. Some people might think some forms of art are vandalism, like graffiti, but art is about expressing feelings and using creativity, so even graffiti can be a form of art. There are so many different forms of art that people can express through such as abstract art, action painting, calligraphy, cartoon drawing, carving, classical art, collage, computer art/digital art, cooking, comedy decorative arts, earth art, illumination, oil painting, pottery, pop art, pastel, photography, stained glass, gardening, graffiti, ground art, writing and weaving.
Ground art uses rocks, flowers, plants and red clay, charcoal, and feathers. Ground art can be used for ceremonies. Some art grounds are destroyed after people dance on them. Graffiti is one of the art forms (some people think it's bad) because art is the result of when we become creative and express our feelings. There are some artists who do graffiti (e.g David Walker) Graffiti is made out of spray cans and people draw what they want anywhere.
People can express themselves through any different forms of art. They make different forms of art because they are interested in it and they think that it suits themselves. It is important to follow your true passion and not choosing one you don't like. Some people only pick one art form of their choice and make it their favourite but some people don't know that actually people have multiple choices. People just think that it is just an art form but it is more than that. You can do it as your hobby, for entertainment and more. It is upsetting that some art forms are seen as dangerous and are not allowed to be made, For example, graffiti. Some countries do not allow graffiti because it requires spray painting and spray painting may cause people to get sick. If you're not allowed to do this, there are plenty of other art forms that people can try out.

Questions:
- What is the connection between feelings and visual art?
- Is there a connection between feelings and visual art?
- Should there be a connection between feelings and visual art?
Summary:
Art is usually about expressing yourself because people can feel strong enough about what they are trying to do and put it into a form that they, and others, can come together. This product of your own expression can help others because there will always be someone who feel the same way but they can't express it themselves.
Art has a strong power. It has the power to produce human emotions. It has the power to make you laugh, to bring you to tears, to provoke you to anger, to leave you exhausted. This transformation can be a poem, a movie, a piece of music, a painting or sculpture in the local gallery. Art takes many forms, yet the power remains. Art is everywhere.
